At North Wellington Football Club, we are more than just a football club, we are a community built on inclusion, respect, ambition, and camaraderie. Established in 1972 through the merger of Onslow (1934) and Johnson Villa (1951), and joined by Newlands Paparangi United in 1992, our club has a proud history of uniting people through the beautiful game.
Our mission is simple: to create a positive and enjoyable environment for players of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether you're a young talent just starting out, a seasoned player striving for excellence, or a dedicated supporter, there's a place for you here.
As one of the largest football clubs in the Wellington region, with over 70 teams and nearly 1,000 players, we strive to compete at the highest level while staying true to our values of fair play, respect, and community spirit.
We aim to:
Alex Moore Park isn’t just a place to play, it’s where lifelong relationships are built. We embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and inspired.
North Wellington Football Club is where football meets friendship, passion meets opportunity, and memories are made. Whether on the field or in the stands, we are better together, united by our love for the game and our dedication to building a stronger community.
