Club Info

We are today known as North Wellington Football Club, founded in 1972 after an amalgamation of Onslow (founded 1934) & Johnson Villa (founded 1951) clubs.

The original club colours of Sky Blue & Claret are from the Johnson Villa club, todays home and away kits are a nod to the past.

North Wellington Football Club is proudly the largest club in Wellington with over 1,000 playing members, meaning we have over 100 teams from Senior Men’s & Women’s, Youth Boys & Girls with 58 junior teams.

2023 was an extremely successful year for the club in the Youth space – all 4 of our sides competing in their respective leagues in the Talent Development Programme (TDP) won their league.

We wish to extend a welcome to all of our members and supporters to Alex Moore Park as well as all opposition supporters, players and club members
