Fun Football 7-8

Who's it for?

At North Wellington Football Club, we want every child to feel at home. That's why we determine Fun Football grade placement based on players' ages as of December 31st of the playing year. For instance, if your little one will be 7 or 8 by December 31st, 2024, they're all set for Fun Football!

When and Where We Play:

Get ready to kick off the weekend with us! Fun Football sessions for Grades 7 & 8 are held every Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Alex Moore Park in Johnsonville. It's the perfect way to start your Saturday with a smile!

Throughout the season, we spice things up with festivals where local teams come together for some epic matches. It's all about adding that extra dash of excitement and variety to the season!

Training Sessions:

In Grades 7 & 8, we like to keep things flexible. While we don't have set club training nights, your coach may arrange additional training sessions during the week. So, get ready to lace up your boots and hit the field whenever it suits you!

What do you need?

Players will receive a North Wellington FC playing shirt for the season, which should be returned at the end of the season. Club shorts and socks can be conveniently purchased online via Inter Football

Additionally, here's a list of other items you'll need or may find helpful:

Coaches and Teams

At Fun Football, every player is placed into a team, complete with its own unique name and an enthusiastic parent coach. We believe that sports are most enjoyable when played with friends, so we do our best to group children with their buddies whenever possible.

To ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved, we uphold the North Wellington Football Club's code of conduct.
