The Club Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders, such as coaches, players, and staff, as well as external partners, sponsors, and Capital Football

Role:

The Director of Football at North Wellington FC is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the club's football programs and pathways. This includes managing player development across all age groups, mentoring coaches, and fostering a positive footballing culture that aligns with the club's philosophy. The role involves ensuring the success of programs such as the Talent Development Program, community initiatives, and Tier 1 competitions while promoting inclusivity, growth, and excellence. The Director also acts as a visible leader within the club, engaging with players, coaches, parents, and volunteers to create meaningful football pathways and support the club's ambition to develop homegrown talent for competitive teams.
