What's on this Weekend 18-19 Feb

Welcome to the weekend!

As Pre-Season begins to ramp up for 2023 we have 4 teams in action on Sunday.

Our Men’s sides are both in action in the Hilton Petone. And we have two of our Onslow/North Wellington TDP sides in their first hit out for the season.

In Division Two, North Wellington B are eager to get started after having to sit out the opening round of the competition. Connol and Cory are excited to see what their young side can do against a confident Wellington United team, who are coming off a solid victory against Western Suburbs.

In Division 1, North Wellington A are backing up after a win against Island Bay. Up against the high-flying Phoenix, who put 7 past Wainuiomata in the last round. Davor and James are thrilled at the opportunity to see how our experimental squad competes with a National League side.

In our youth space, two of our development sides are in action against the Phoenix Academy at Fraser Park. Both the 15’s and 17’s are looking forward to their first hit out of the season. Both have named strong squads with the aim of setting high expectations and standards for the season ahead.
